LPG for Rotational Moulding

Rotational moulding is a unique method used to produce hollow plastic products. It involves a four-stage process starting with the loading of polymer powder into a mould, heating and rotating the mould to evenly melt and coat the interior surface, cooling the coat into the desired shape, and un-moulding the finished part.

LPG offers a clean and consistent heat source, which is crucial for the even melting of the polymer powder within the mould. This consistency ensures that the finished products have uniform wall thickness and surface quality. Its high calorific value means less fuel is required to achieve the desired temperature, thus lowering production costs.
