Flue Gas Analysis

Flue gas analysis ensures that you are having the optimum use of gas.
Flue gas analysis gives the data you need, to ensure that your combustion system is operated in the most efficient manner and keeps emissions down to a minimum. Our trained service personnel will perform the analysis (with zero downtime) and enable you to optimize your combustion system setting and thus ensuring optimum use.
Flue gas is the gas exiting to the atmosphere from a fireplace, oven, furnace, boiler or steam generator. The flue gas is referred to as the combustion exhaust gas produced at power plants. It consists of nitrogen derived from the combustion air, carbon dioxide (CO2), water vapor as well as excess oxygen. It also contains a small percentage of pollutants, such as particulate matter (like soot), carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, and sulfur oxides. Flue gas is often treated with a series of chemical processes and scrubbers to remove pollutants.
